Sell the most in a sector and its throne is yours — the baron may take a small tax from every sale there.

THE RULES OF THE THRONE
- Max tax: 3.00% of a sale — the fee and the tax together never take more than a tenth.
- A baron never taxes their own sales.
- One seller pays at most $20 per day into one sector — nobody can be farmed.
- An empty throne needs $2,500 of sales in the window; taking an occupied one needs 10% more volume than the incumbent.
- A new baron holds the seat for at least 24 hours and starts at 0% — the rate is a decision, not a reflex.
- Volume counts at the valuation the SERVER puts on what was sold: sell above it and you keep the money, but a made-up price cannot buy a throne.
